Conference Accommodation Update

The portal for booking rooms at the negotiated conference rates closed on 5th June.
You can still book a hotel at regular rates through the usual booking websites.

We still have private rooms available in the student dormitory.

Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office has pre-booked rooms at negociated rates in hotels located near the meeting venue. This free and secure service is at your disposal to facilitate your hotel reservation online. To do so, simply click on this LINK

Please be vigilant: We have been informed of fraudulent emails related to hotel reservations. After booking your hotel on the official website, you will receive a payment confirmation from the payment platform, a reservation confirmation from aixenprovencetourism.com, and a reservation confirmation from your chosen hotel. No further action is required on your part. Do not respond to any requests for additional information.
Emails from "@gtravelhost.com" and "@gtravelexpert.com or similar" asking for your arrival and departure dates are NOT related to ICPIG. Do not reply!

Student dormitory:

ICPIG 2025 organizers have reserved a large number of rooms in student dormitories within walking distance (less than 15 min) of the conference venue. They are available to all participants, whether or not they are students.. The comfort is that of the usual student dormitories (notably no air-conditioning) but the price is attractive: 200€ from Sunday to Friday for a  9-10m² single room equipped with a three-function cubicle (wc shower washbasin), internet connection, bed sheets, and a hygiene kit.

The reservation and payment for a student room can be made as an additional charge to your registration fees during the payment process on the payment portal.

Note: if you have already paid the registration fees, you can still boork a room in the student dormitor. On the payment portal click on 'Home' at the top right and enter the email address you used to pay your registration fee. You will receive a link by email to access your personal account. Select a room in the student dormitory as an add-on and proceed to its payment (200€). Please, avoid payments by purchase orders.
