Please be vigilant: We have been informed of fraudulent emails related to hotel reservations. After booking your hotel on the official website, you will receive a payment confirmation from the payment platform, a reservation confirmation from aixenprovencetourism.com, and a reservation confirmation from your chosen hotel. No further action is required on your part. Do not respond to any requests for additional information.
Emails from "@gtravelhost.com" and "@gtravelexpert.com or similar" asking for your arrival and departure dates are NOT related to ICPIG. Do not reply!

Student dormitory:

ICPIG 2025 organizers have reserved a large number of rooms in student dormitories within walking distance (less than 15 min) of the conference venue. The comfort is that of the usual student dormitories (notably no air-conditioning) but the price is attractive: 200€ from Sunday to Friday for a  9-10m² single room equipped with a three-function cubicle (wc shower washbasin), internet connection, bed sheets, and a hygiene kit.

The reservation and payment of a student room will be made upon payment of the conference fees (not open yet)
