Registration > How to register

Dear colleagues, as of April 25th, 13:44, the ITER visits are now fully booked. Do not select this option. Places are still available for the boat trip excursion.

1) Log your scienceconf account (If you do not have an account yet, create one as explained on the How to submit page)

To register for the conference, choose "My registration" on the side bar or "My registration" in "My Space"

3) Fill the registration form

4) Check the information and click on submit

5) Pay your registration fees using the link on the side bar or the link received by email

The confirmation email contains the link toward the payment portal.

Alternatively, the "Pay your registration fee" page including the link toward the payment portal becomes accessible after you have registered. If you have already registered but do not see it, please try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
